This year's additions to the Ngoc Lan decorative flower garden include an 18-meter-high floral viewing station. Aside from arranging tens of thousands of flower pots on trellis, the facility's owner also constructed a new cable-stayed bridge, a four-season waiting house, and six more flower waterfalls around the observation point.
