Specifically, the relics ranked as special national relics in this batch include: Historical relic of the Tomb of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac, Cao Lanh Ward, Dong Thap Province; Historical relic of the sites marking the Nghe Tinh Soviet Movement (1930 - 1931) in Nghe An; Scenic and archaeological complex of Tam Chuc, Tam Chuc Ward, Ninh Binh Province; Historical and architectural-artistic relic of Co Le Pagoda, Co Le Commune, Ninh Binh Province.

Tomb of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac (Cao Lanh Ward, Dong Thap Province)

The historical relic of the Tomb of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac was commenced on August 22, 1975, and inaugurated on February 13, 1977. On April 9, 1992, the relic was recognized as a National Historical and Cultural Relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information.

Within the relic complex is a model of Uncle Ho's stilt house and the Dong Thap Lotus Pond, which began construction on May 19, 1990, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birth. The model of Uncle Ho's stilt house was built at a 1:1 scale.

In 2010, and on the occasion of the 81st Passing Anniversary of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac (December 2, 2010, which was October 27 of the lunar calendar), the relic complex put into use the project of preserving, embellishing, and promoting the value of Mr. Nguyen Sinh Sac's tomb with many items: a display house for the life of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac, and an area recreating the ancient Hoa An Village with an area of 22,000 m².

In 2012, on the occasion of the 83rd Passing Aanniversary of Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac, the Temple was inaugurated to show respect and gratitude to Vice-Chancellor Nguyen Sinh Sac - the father of President Ho Chi Minh.

To commemorate the 132nd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, on May 19, 2022, Dong Thap province solemnly organized the inauguration ceremony of the President Ho Chi Minh Exhibition House.

Currently, Dong Thap province is implementing the project of renovating, embellishing, and promoting the value of the Nguyen Sinh Sac Relic Area.
