Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Phuoc Thien expressed his gratitude to Hirosawa Group for paying attention to learning and proposing cooperation contents with the province; at the same time, assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to act as the contact person, coordinate with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Department of Transport, and relevant units to discuss with Hirosawa Group to determine specific cooperation contents.
